Spending a Sublime Sunday & Re-connecting with an old Friend!

Sunday! Day of rest, day of sun, day of relax!

I woke up at 6am, and then I could not sleep any more.

So I decided to get up, make a coffee and wake up before double checking a translation I had to deliver, and to create a report I should submit.

I had almost finished by noon, when I decided to take a walk.

It was sooo windy today! But still there were many tourists at the sea.

I asked myself if I would swim in such a wavy sea. I am not sure that I would. There have been some unpleasant incidents where I live, the past few weeks - it is not safe to swim when the winds are so strong.

I kept walking

There are always topics and frames to photograph, when you are feeling like it.
I have also experienced total denial sometimes. There are moments when I walk and walk .. and walk some more, and just dont want to take my camera off.

Today I got many new shots during my first walk.

When I returned, they had it removed totally. Thankfully! It could end up to someone's head!

And now comes my great encounter!

He may look grumpy
But he was not, trust me.

It is the second time I meet this seagull.
The first time, even though I got a bit closer, I lost all the photos of that time (it was the day when my phone stopped functioning)

As I told you it was a very windy day and I think that the seagulls enjoy windy days at the beach.

This seagull seemed to enjoy it, a lot. Just sitting, relaxing and looking at the waves.
I wish I could just sit there by him, until the very end of today.

I had to leave early, but I left with a promise. To get back there soon! Ideally on a windy day!
