If a user creates an account via inleo and then forget-loses all their credentials - is there any possibility to get them back or a way to reset them;

I think it depends on which way they used to create their account. Google/X Lite Accounts should be controlled by INLEO, though I don't know how much control they have.

As for Keystore and HIVE accounts, I'd bet "No, you can't get them back" but I'm open to be proven wrong.
