I have a question, I am sorry if it has been answered.
If a new user joins via inleo and chooses the keystore and will earn $dash - how does this work;
Does all the pay out come in dash, or a percentage of it;
Do they still get $hive and $hbd (or any of the hive engine tokens);

Think all $LEO is converted to Dash in the backend using Leodex. Not sure about HBD.

All HBD + LEO is converted, the user can choose a % of the LEO to get powered up

I heard from Khal during the CTT podcast that the LEO earnings are the ones to be cashed out in DASH.
The HIVE earnings (HP) are automatically staked. I guess the HBD will be credited to the user's Hive wallet like the normal way.
