Hive Power UP Day and An Idea for a Web2-Web3 app

Hive Power Up Day - and the first of June!

June, such a lovely month .. officially the beginning of the summer and YES, I have been expecting summer this year to be honest, maybe a little bit more than other summers.

I think that we all deserve some 'me' time - and sometimes we forget about it as we have so much to care about during the day and night. Noone will probably tell you that you need some personal time and space; But you owe it to yourself, because, simply if not - it is not possible to re-charge those batteries any other way.

I have so many news ideas these last days, I feel like my mind is bursting so I just need to put them in written, one by one, and see what can happen first (and which of them I may announce here)

For now lets celebrate another month of HIVE POWER UP DAY!

And now, some thoughts..

I bet all (or most) of you know the initiatives by @acidyo called #posh and #gosh
This is about hive posts being shared in other web2 platforms, and being extra rewarded with extra tokens & upvotes because they expand the hive posts reach. There are also initiatives and competitions (see @x-rain posts for more)

I found out some profiles today of friends that I brought along here, but they stopped sharing anything on hive. I know that we cannot and should not put pressure on anybody, but we can still do something that could be called a reversed posh :)

What I mean by this.

Do you remember (if you are here for more than 7 years) an app before hive fork that would take your published content on Instagram and put it as a post on the blockchain, if a certain hashtag was used?

I do not remember exactly how this app was called or if it was open source, but I can definitely find it if asked.

Why not make it easier for our users to come back (or to join)? They could post their Instagram (or x) posts directly on waves or threads or snaps ... (or all of them!)

Perhaps this could wake up some extra urge for the users and if they see interactions they could choose to post their content here than the web2 platforms.

I think that one of the difficult things is to have to deal with many different platforms, so maybe if this could be facilitated - this could bring more people to the short posts first (and the content creators will still be able to see the value for the long form posts)

I am here to help all the way if needed! I just cannot start learning how to code for now, my free time is too limited!
