I’m so excited to share my latest fan art, featuring a unique fusion of Ocean Healer 🌊 and Ermo 🐾!

First of all, I just want to say thank you to everyone here — the @holozing community, curators, admins, and fellow Hive artists — for your constant support and encouragement. It’s always a pleasure to create and grow together with this wonderful community. 🙏✨

This fan art is drawn and colored by yours truly 🎨.
I wanted to challenge myself by blending two characters I really admire — the calm, healing energy of Ocean Healer and the vibrant, playful charm of Ermo.
I aimed to create a balance between softness and strength, letting the colors reflect both the ocean’s calm and Ermo’s lively spirit.

Whenever I create art like this, I feel that familiar rush of excitement — the joy of bringing imagination to life.
Being an artist isn’t always easy, but it’s always fulfilling. 💪

🖌️ ART PROCESS

Step 1: ✏️ Sketching
I began with a 2B pencil to define the pose and overall figure. This is where I focused on proportions and personality — merging the graceful stance of Ocean Healer with Ermo’s energetic posture.

Step 2: 🖊️ Inking
I used a black ball pen to carefully outline the sketch, keeping the lines clean and dynamic to match the character’s hybrid vibe.

Step 3: 🎨 Coloring
Next came my favorite part — colors!
I picked a vibrant palette inspired by coral reefs and digital neon tones.
Layer by layer, I built up the shadows and highlights to give the art depth and texture.

Step 4: ✨ Details & Effects
I worked on the outfit and accessories, blending tones and adding reflections to create a lively, holographic glow — something that truly fits the HOLOZING world.

Step 5: 🌈 Background & Finishing Touches
I added a colorful geometric background that enhances the futuristic, healing theme of the character.

Finally, I scanned and did a few light edits to make the final artwork pop digitally.

💬 CLOSING THOUGHTS

This was a really fun piece to work on — merging two characters that represent energy and harmony felt symbolic.
I’ll keep improving and experimenting with new art styles and color theories!
