A little boy showed up at the food stall, holding 10 rupees in his tiny hand.

One young man standing nearby had just refused to serve him.

I was about to speak up and say, “Please give him some rice, I’ll cover the rest”
But before I could, the man behind the stall stepped in.

He smiled warmly, took the boy’s 10 rupees with gentle hands, and quietly filled a small bag with rice.

I couldn’t help but ask, “In this economy, how can you give rice for just 10 rupees?”

He simply smiled again and said,
“Inflation is for adults. Children… are just children.”
