I took this photograph in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina while I was studying there. They are the stairs of the building where I lived, a really dark place but with an extraordinary light source.

I was hunting how electricity was purchased at different times of the day, and at that precise time it seemed like the perfect time. The architectural design of the stairs, together with the lighting, made a unique play of light with various gray scales. All these factors combined to achieve a daily and elegant architecture photograph.

With this photograph I participated last month in a group exhibition in celebration of the day of the plastic artist in my city.
