The Joy of Harvesting

Hi friends, it's the best time for planting in my country as it is rainy season and it's been raining all day today. Nothing makes a person happier than reaping the fruits from their labour, and that's how I feel "happy" as I got my first harvest of water leaf plants from my mini garden.
Living in the city, there's little or no place for gardening, and any little space seen is cherished as one can grow beautiful crops and vegetables in them.

Here is a video of my waterleaf harvest. The space is very small or rather tiny, yet it was able to produce this healthy vegetable. You can see how green the plant looks, which indicates that it's very healthy and the soil is fertile too. It's important to know that I didn't apply any fertilizer to the plant. All I did was to plant in a fertile space by adding natural compost and watering the plants.

I also made sure I cleared the space of weed, making sure the plant environment was clean and good enough for my plant. I think it's what made my waterleaf grow so healthy and totally different from the ones sold in the market.

So I can happily say I did reap the fruit of my labour and being successful with this plant, I'm motivated to try other plants like the ones I've had failures with such as my failed attempt growing peppers. I think it's the best time of the year since It's planting season to try again with my peppers. I will have to read successful planting journals of others who had grown peppers, check my soil, the seeds, and the space for my peppers. I think if this is properly checked, I would be able to have fully grown and healthy looking peppers, hopefully.

You can see in the video and pictures how good my plant looks. You will also notice that the space is quite small, yet the plant did great because it was well taken care of.

ALL IMAGES AND VIDEOS ARE MINE.

THANKS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE MY GARDEN STORY @HIVEGARDEN COMMUNITY.
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND YOU ALL ....@KACHY2022

Yeah, thank you. I'm not a pro yet, but I'm exploring with knowledge gotten from other gardeners. I'm hoping other plants would do great as well 🙏
