I understand what you mean about the constant ups and downs of the market which can be confusing when you're trying to decide whether to buy or sell and all the news, Im new to this and only try to focus on what I can handle like buying whenever I can and make posts when ever I can, everyone exaggerating things makes it even more confusing but at the end of the day it's very easy to get carried away and forget how quickly things can go wrong, it has happen to me in the past in other "investments" that now I have decided to earn less but at least secure those gains when I can
