If I Could, I Would: The Power of Meaningful Giving.
This actually took me a while to think through because I genuinely believe that birthdays are special moments that deserve thoughtful attention. And for someone like you, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive so many times on the blockchain, I would not want to just pick something random. It has to be meaningful.
After going through everything I know about you, I realized a few things—you love cars, you're into guns, and you enjoy sipping your early morning coffee. Now, let me be honest—while I’d love to surprise you with a car or a licensed antique firearm (that would be iconic, right?), my current bank account would probably pass out if I even tried. So, I thought deeper and decided that I would get you a coffee box.
It would be a beautiful box filled with a variety of premium coffee blends—strong, smooth, maybe a little nutty, just like your vibe. This would give you the chance to try new flavours while still enjoying that comforting routine you already love. Plus, there's just something about giving someone a gift that helps them enjoy their mornings more—it feels personal.
But I wouldn't stop there. I’d also throw in a fitness tracker, maybe something sleek that doubles as a watch. I feel like you'd appreciate something that helps you track your steps, your heart rate, your sleep pattern, and all those little stats that give insight into how you're really doing. I get the sense that you take care of yourself, and even if you’re not into intense workouts, staying active and aware of your health is still important. A fitness tracker would help you keep all of that in check, especially if you enjoy taking walks or just moving around while listening to music or sipping coffee.
Now, if we flip the script and you were getting me a birthday gift... I’ll be completely honest—a laptop would mean the world to me right now. I’m currently in the university, and I’ve reached that stage where having a laptop is actually a necessity. There was this particular project I had to work on recently, and I had to borrow a friend’s laptop. The problem was that he needed it, too, and it wasn’t easy juggling between both of us. It made things really stressful.
I also have this deep desire to learn web programming and build real digital skills. I’ve already made plans, watched some intro videos, and even bookmarked online courses. But without a laptop, I just can’t start. Getting a laptop would open up so many doors for me—school projects, digital skills, writing, Hive content creation, and even earning more. Honestly, that would actually be the biggest and most impactful gift anyone could give me right now.

I think that people who give without expecting anything in return actually receive a great deal in return, emotionally. What do you think?
