RE: From Kitchen Waste To Organic Compost

Recycling is an important tool we have to not only help the environment, but give back to it what it gave us. I was once shopping at a discount store, and I saw a composting bin in which it contained a drum and a handle to spin the composing material. I found it interesting, but didn't purchase it because I have no garden.

Does part of the material contain discarded food waste, such as meat or other protein?
