Wednesday Work In Progress: More Crocheted Ju Rich Sandal
Hello everyone,
Last week when I saw the FB post of my hubby's cousin that she got her mother in their hometown, brought her in Cebu, I informed right away hubby about this. Her Aunt is 82 yrs old already and suffering from Alzheimers disease. No time wasted we visited her Aunt at their home. When we arrived there she forgot us already even her nephew, my hubby. But, we just let her recall and many times always asking us who we were.She is a retired teacher majoring in Pilipino and English. She is considered by hubby his second mom because she was the one who took care of hubby when he was yet a child.Hubby is really close to her.
That day when we visited her, so that she will not be bored just at home, we invited her and her daughter, a nurse, who take good care of her to come with us just roam around the City. We went to the mountain bought fresh vegetables and fruits. Then, dinner time we went to Bukid Tres Resto. While we were waiting for our orders, Aunt Bebe again and again I think four times, asked who was hubby, ahahaha. Then, while eating Aunt Bebe told her daughter to hurry because the bus might left them. We all just laugh of her action. Then, her daughter explained to her not to worry because they were riding a Van not the bus that travel to their Island.Alzheimers is really true!
When we got home from travel I told hubby I will make crocheted sandal for her Aunt and daughters. Hubby approved my idea. Here are my work-in-progress of their sandals.
For Aunt Bebe daughter:
For Aunt Bebe;
For her other daughter;
For her Granddaughter;
For her niece who take good care of her, too:
Lastly, I include also my daughters order she will give as gift.
After I finished assembling all this will be sent to the factory and finish the sandals.
After snapping my wips I am happy to see what I made in different colors.
I may share also here when I gave my Valentine's gift to my Kumare/BFF/HS Classmate/HS Batchmate'73 the crocheted sandals I made.
We passed by their business establishment on our way to submit the little hats I made as donation for prematured babies.
This is all I can share with you on this blog post, hope you like them.
Thanks for dropping by...

You are an expert in creating crocheted sandals, Sis. Those are lovely. Godspeed. 🌷
Just experiment first for myself then the result is awesome. So I made for others
Ang gaganda ng sandals! Sancka po bumibili nung soles? Tsaka anong yarn po gamit mo?
Dito lang sa City namin bumili ako ng Sole tapos Bulky Chenille at Tinycord ang ribbon design ng sandals. As in comfortable suotin kaya lang need summer time or sunny days suotin, mabasa kung rainy days.
Meron sila shopee store mami? Gusto ko kasi gumawa nyan. Lapit na summer eh
Walang Shoppee store lang talaga
You are very good at it, you can make it a side gig.
Oo nga Sis I plan to sell it pagawa muna me ng own logo for the sandals.
Once again, your creations are amazing, just as they always are.
