Making A Crocheted Sunglass Protector

Hello everybody,

The saying that says "time waits for no one" fits me, I should have written and posted this last Friday very timely for Finished Friday but oh oh I was so tired because last Thursday hubby undergone a colonoscopy procedure until 7pm. After that we ate at the hospital canteen because hubby liked to eat solid foods, he was on liquid diet for two days. After eating, we already boarded in our van to go home but oh oh, the battery, drained. So, we waited for our son can borrow the battery of our mechanic and our son-in-law helped restore the battery. Almost 10:00 pm at last the battery performed well on our travel and arrived safe at home exactly at
midnight. So on Friday was supposed to be relaxed day but instead it was laundry day and yesterday.
Now, thanks I have time to post my blog.

This was what I crocheted last week. I should wore this 2nd sunglass I newly bought but when I found it in my bag oh, oh, look what happened!

The glass was detached from the frame, I can't wear it anymore.

I still have one spare white sunglass, that's my fave.

After our travel, the following day, to protect the remaining sunglass I crocheted fast it's protector and holder. Using the yarn from my stash and 3 mm hook, I made it in two hours straight, thanks my hubby was busy writing a Soil Test Report, he did not disturb me.

Grateful, I made it right away, at least I have the spare sunglass protected. And, my testimony thankful I know how to crochet and make my own items at my own pace and convenience.

Thanks for dropping by...

Greetings happy Sunday, how sad what happened to your glasses, there is a saying that goes “in a blacksmith's house a wooden knife” and that comes well for your case hehe, no offense, otherwise you would not have woven his protective case, it was excellent, I congratulate you.

That’s really creative. I like how you use granny stitches to make the case protective enough for the glasses. I love it
