GUNPLA? IS IT OR IS IT NOT?

I've always wonder when I'll encounter a gunpla in japan surplus then i saw this, I'm not quite sure if it is a gunpla or just a normal mech looking toy, I kept searching for it's guide but it got separated, I even wondered if i should buy it or not,

then i asked the cashier how much it cost and she priced it, 1 dollar

i didn't buy it, because the hassle of assembling without a guide is not worth it and I don't know if it's a gunpla too, i want to know what kind of mech model this is

if she said 20 pesos/ 0.36 dollars I would have taken it though hahah
maybe i'll wait for their peso sale , so i can have this to a much lower price ... lets see if it's still around or not during those times...
