Hello Guys it's another great day to share with you! This is a full package of Culture to the World. We want as a nation to inculcate and instill our culture to the younger generation. Before this can be done, it must start from the grass root level. That's grooming the young generation and teaching them the various cultural that our forefathers taught us. Lately, we have seen that culture which is the most precious history of our nation is lacking behind since the youth don't learn and put into practice.
Going forward, apart from home, the school session serve as the next socialization institutions for instilling the cultural attitudes in our younger generation. There, we have well trained personnel for teaching the younger generation all on all the various aspects of culture we can learn and adopt.

It's against this background that all the various Districts in the Country is organizing cultural competitions for our basic schools across the length and breadth of the country. This is the third term 5th week in the academic calendar in Ghana Education Service. Every District in the Country is performing the cultural competition as given to them.

It has actually taking our school for couple of days to train our Cultural troops especially those who talented and wish to join the competition. Even though no one was exempted from joining this year's competition, but there many students who have interest and wish to exhibit what is within them so that they can shine in future. But no all the students in the school have the passion to be a great Anthropologist in future. The basic things about cultural are learnt by all the students.

What was displayed in this Cultural festivity...

We were about 20 schools gathered here in Nsuta Presby Junior High School park, including primary schools and Junior high schools. Each school was fully prepared base on the itinerary of cultural display given to them. But it isn't compulsory for each school to perform all the cultural activities given to them. A school could at least perform two or three activities base on the strength of the school.

The following activities were performed by students in the various schools:

1• Arts Exhibition

2• Food preparation competition

3• Still life Drawing

4• Drumming Dancing

5• Drum language

6• Drama/play

7• Poetry Recital

The Arts Exhibition of various schools.

There were beautiful arts exhibition displayed by the various schools for awards. The arts exhibition ranges of from the design of a house using paper cardboards, aeroplane, sandals, coal pot, the use of beads for making bags and money box, using wood for sculpture and painting, portrait arts, using clay to mold stadium with a ball and player. The were many things that were made by these talented students from the various schools. I couldn't even captured everything displayed here. Some students even shown their talents in dress making by taking measurements of some of the students and sewing dress for them. This is very good perform and good initiative since the students can develop their talents from this vacation and build upon so that in future she wouldn't beg for job, but would through this career pathway and become successful in life.

Food preparation competition

Students were allowed to showcase their talents in food preparation either local or continental dish preparation. Who knows, right from basic level to second cycle they may get opportunity to work in restaurants, hotels or set up their own catering businesses. The various schools who wished to prepare food were allowed within 2 hours to prepare food in this competition. My school was able to prepare Tuozaafi & Ayoyo soup, Zoomkom and some desserts. Other school also prepared Tubaani, Awaakye, chicken grill and some plain rice and many more.

No caterer or well trained cooker was supposed to be around here to support these students. Since they had already been trained before coming. Failure to comply with this basic rule would lead to deduction of some marks. These talented students were left alone to cook.

Still Life Drawing

Students were allowed to showcase their talents on how best they would able to draw the items displayed in their midst from their point of view. These items put before the participating students were a box of oats, one plastic bottle of fanta, 3 packs of tin sardine, one loaf of bread. These still life art drawing students were placed about 3m away from the items to be view and draw.

Students began to draw from their point of view as the items appear to them

Most students did marvelously well scoring 45 out of 50 and 40 out of 50. Most students are very serious when it comes to drawing. We applauded them for their spectacular handiwork.

The Drumming and Dancing

This is one area that most students like and wish to develop their talents. Especially upon watching television and seeing some legendary musicians like Kwadwo Antwi, Daddy Lumba, Sarkodie and Diana Hamilton displaying during stage performance, it boost their morale to also develope their talents and become like these Music Artists.

Each school came with at least one of their own drumming and dancing and the additional compulsory dance given to them to rehearse. The compulsory one was about Warrior Dance. Most of schools came by their local dance.

The Drum language, Drama and Poetry Recital also took part of the time in the cultural festivity. Actually the program was very successful, but it was left with the announcement of the winners in this competition, the downpour began. So, we had to the panel for Culture promised to announce the winners through the heads of the various schools. We ended the program when it was 4:30 pm. We had to organize all the students around to pick up the litters of rubbers around and properly dispose them.

My previous @v4vapp proposal has expired. I have a new one which is running but unfunded right now. I'm still running @v4vapp and all my other services.

I've just updated v4v.app and I'm getting ready for some exciting new features after the next hard fork.

Please consider asking your friends to vote for prop #265 or consider unvoting the return vote.

For understandable reasons in the current crypto climate it is harder to get funded by the DHF, I accept this so I'm asking a wider audience for help again. I'll also add that I power up Hive every day and usually power up larger amounts on 1st of the Month. I'm on Hive for ideological reasons much more than for only economic benefit.

Additionally you can also help with a vote for Brianoflondon's Witness using KeyChain or HiveSigner

If you have used v4v.app I'd really like to hear your feedback, and if you haven't I'd be happy to hear why or whether there are other things you want it to do.
