La construcción de mundo es bastante meh, no tiene nada interesante para aportar más allá del típico escenario de secundaria plagado de los clichés bien conocidos, sin embargo, por breves momentos se da una exploración interesante al mundo del cine para adultos y todos los riesgos que hay en dicha industria, no obstante, esto es solo mostrado de forma muy superficial y no se centra mucho en esto por lo que no hay mucho que se pueda rescatar al respecto.

La trama es lo que te puedas esperar con la sinopsis que escribí hace poco, la misma es sumamente absurda, divertida y descafeinada. Narrativamente no hay mucho, es un filme que constantemente hace chistes para adolescentes hormonales, no hay mucho para destacar en este sentido, por un breve instante se explora el mundo de la pornografía y las secuelas que esto puede dejar pero no es algo que tenga mucho enfoque directamente por lo que no es nada del otro mundo; pese a lo anterior se mantiene medianamente interesante por lo que es fácilmente digerible.
The characters are extremely flat, they stand out for one or another funny moment but out of it they have nothing to contribute. The relationship of the protagonists is simple, for a brief moment he deepens how the girl's past affects Matthew, something quite expected and logical, the problem is that said predicament has an ephemeral duration so it does not add any kind of depth to the relationship.
Los personajes son sumamente planos, destacan por uno que otro momento gracioso pero fuera de ello no tienen nada para aportar. La relación de los protagonistas es simple, por un breve momento se ahonda en cómo el pasado de la chica le afecta al Matthew, algo bastante esperable y lógico, el problema es que dicho predicamento tiene una duración efímera por lo que no le añade ninguna clase de profundidad a la relación.
The Girl Next Door is the typical tape designed for teenagers who would be excited to see a couple of breasts on stage, their jokes are easy and gross being almost non-existent those who get to make fun, not even the appearance of Henry Cavill manages to make it less disastrous. It is for all the above that it deserves 1.5 stars of 7, a regular film throwing bad so if they have nothing better to see is a recommendation of something stupid to kill time.
The Girl Next Door es la típica cinta pensada para adolescentes que se emocionarían al ver un par de senos en escena, sus chistes son fáciles y burdos siendo casi inexistentes los que llegan a hacer gracia, ni siquiera la aparición de Henry Cavill logra hacerla menos desastrosa. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 1.5 estrellas de 7, un filme regular tirando a malo por lo que si no tienen nada mejor que ver es una recomendación de algo estúpido para matar el tiempo.

No conocí esta comedia en su momento, y ahora que la describe creo que menos aún le daré oportunidad. Esa parte de que es algo un poco tonto y para perder el tiempo me dio risa, pero se entiende el porqué lo dices.
La puntuación es baja, y parece que es lo que merece. Pero, de inicio, no es que se espere mucho de una típica comedia juvenil sin mayores pretensiones.

Es lo que es, burdo y simple para complacer a los adolescentes hormonales, esperar algo más que eso sería una tontería.
