Hello my beautiful ladies.. Pleasant morning to y'all. Trust y'all have doing great? It's another week of the LOH contest nd its topic is actually a very nice one. In today's contest, I will be sharing with you about my favorite food and it's wonderful recipe. Keep reading;

My Favorite Food

Everyone has a food they love eating the most. It's called "Favorite Food." As for me, my best food goes to yam and egg sauce. This has been my top best food right from my tender age. I've loved this very meal for ages now and it can't be resisted no matter what. During my childhood, whenever this meal was prepared in the house, I will eat and go for more two rounds of the meal.

For it to be my favorite dish, it made me to learn the recipes of preparing it and I love cooking it anytime, anywhere. For those of us here who doesn't love this dish, or don't know how its been prepared, here is the recipe for preparing my favorite, yam and egg sauce;

Ingridents Needed;

• Vegetable oil.
• Onion.
• Fresh tomatoes.
• Fresh pepper.
• Eggs.
• Maggi.
• Salt.
• Yam.

Step 1: Firstly, I started by pouring in my vegetable oil into my pot.

Step 2: Next, I put in my already sliced onion and stirred.

Step 3: *After that, was my fresh tomatoes right into the pot and stirred too.

Step 4: The next was my fresh pepper.

Step 5: I whisked my egg, added a little onion, pepper, pinch of salt. Then, added it to the pot.

Step 6: After allowing it to heat for few minutes, i added my Maggi, salt. my egg sauce is done.

Step 7: i had to cut my yam, wash, boil, and dish it out.

Step 8: Yoo..!! My favorite dish is done..

This is also one of my favorite foods, it’s so nice and at the same time easy. You actually got me salivating while reading your post. I guess I have no option than to look for food now. Haha.

One of my most enjoyed meals but I would make eggs come out in bigger lumps and use veggies. 🤭
