Yam and egg sauce has always been my favorite food. It's a food that contains alot of nutrients that malnourishes the body. So today, I decided to share my favorite food recipe with y'all. Read on;

Steps On How To Prepare Yam And Egg Sauce

Preparing yam and egg sauce is a very, easy, and simple task to do. It's what everyone here can do and with this tutorials below, am sure you will learnt it;*

Step 1: Firstly, I started by putting my vegetable oil in my pot.

Step 2: Next, I allowed my oil to heat a little, then added my sliced onions.

Step 3: Then, I added my fresh sliced tomatoes into the pot.

Step 4: I allowed it to stir a little, then add my pounded fresh pepper.

Step 5: After that, I added my eggs, which was whisked together with pepper, maggi, onion, and salt.

Step 6: Next, I added my maggi and salt.

Step 7: I allowed all the ingredients to stir together, then my egg sauce is ready..!!😋

After that, I brought my yam, peeled it, washed it with water, then put it in fire to boil.

When the yam was ready, I dished out the yam and egg sauce. The eggs didn't show well because i don't have enough money to buy more eggs. Guys, rate my cooking skills, Salivating right?
