How I Celebrated The Father's Day With My Dad

Hi lovely friends and family.. How are you all doing today? Am sure you've been pretty good.. Its my pleasure to see you all visit my post and i welcome you all to my blog post. So today, I will be sharing with you on how I celebrated the fathers day with my dad and made him feel special.

Celebrating The Father's Day

Fathers are very important in life. They are the solid and standing rocik that holds each family. They play a crucial role in the family which offers unique contributions as well as providing a sense of security and stability. Fathers are role models, protectors, and gives a different perspective of contributing to a more well upbringing to the children. This is a more reason why fathers are being recognized in the society at large because they are the family shield, provider and protector, etc.

As you all know that the last Sunday being the 15th of June, 2025 was the general father's in Nigeria. So, on this special day, I decided to surprise my dad to make him feel happy and great. A day before the fathers day, I was in my room contemplating osn what to get for him on that day. I finally came to a conclusion of buying a cake, drinks and deodorant. He loves to smell nice that was why I added deodorant to the list of things to get for him. So, I went to crunchies and bought those items I listed above. The cake was looking like this because it was smashed a little when I was vehicle. But nevertheless, it didnt stop me from surprising him.

On that fateful day which wades the father's day, we went to church, dance, praised and worshipped. So, when we came back from church, I decided that it was the right time to use those gifts to appreciate him for his dedication, love, care, and attention to me since I was little. So, I walked into the parlour where he was sitting, I gave him those gifts and cheered him by singing fatherly love songs for him. He was so shocked and surprised because he wasn't expecting such huge gift from me.

He smiled, thanked me, and also showered me with fatherly blessings. I was so happy too because I saw him being cheerful and happy. We spent time together as father and daughter and also created memories that made us happy. I must say that, fathers are best and loveable..!!😊
