Hello Friends!

Today I am preparing something simple for dinner! šŸ˜

Mmm, ahhh yes, the avocado salad with blueberries and kiwi juice—such a curious little dish it is, green and blue and ever so slightly golden within its bowl like some secret alchemy .... So soft and yet so sharp in its way, like a dream half-remembered upon waking.

Let me tell you how it goes:

Take one ripe avocado, smooth as a summer sigh, and with a gentle hand slice it open. Remove that dark pit in the center—like the eye of a storm—and then scoop out the flesh into crescent moons or cubes or whatever shape your soul desires most. Lay them tenderly upon a plate, cool and creamy.

Then scatter over them a handful of blueberries, those tiny orbs of midnight sweetness, plump and bursting with their own quiet mystery. They nestle among the avocado like thoughts unspoken, shy but sure.

Now for the dressing—or perhaps I should call it an essence—take the juice of one kiwi, tart and bright and full of mischief. Just squeeze it gently, let it weep its emerald tears into a small bowl. If you wish, add a whisper of honey, just a drizzle, to soften the edges, to make peace between the sweet and the sharp.

Pour this elixir lightly over the fruit, not too much, just enough to glisten like morning dew on skin. A touch of salt perhaps, a grind of pepper if you're feeling bold, and there it is: a dish that whispers rather than shouts, subtle and strange and altogether lovely.

Eat it with a spoon or a fork or your fingers if you dare, and taste the quiet revolution of flavor dancing on your tongue.

And playing with Askai I got the image:

More beautiful than my one šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£
