Awakening The Lion In You

Hello! It's a beautiful Monday, and I'm thrilled to have you here. I welcome you all to my blog.

This morning, I want to share my view with you on what I titled awakening the lion in you. It's an inspiring topic at that, and I wish to tell you that if you go through it, you will have a reason to testify.

I have my reasons for choosing this topic. It has more to do with our daily living. A lot of us have allowed the lion in us to sleep for so long.

And that is why some people are stagnant in everything they do. That is to say, you're not making progress, but rather, you're retrogressing.

When I talk about the lion, I don't refer to those lions we could see with our physical eyes. But the lion, I meant, is our potential.

Don't let anyone deceive you that you don't have any potential in you. You won't know it until the day you need it.

I want to use myself as an instance. When I was about sixteen years of age, I had great potential in me. What was good about mine was that I was fully aware of it, and I started utilizing it.

I had this grace of writing, most especially poems and nonfictional prose, as well as a play. But as years went by, I discovered I couldn't do them anymore.

I can't explain why it was like that, but the only thing I can say is that I allowed my background and what people say about my passion to overwhelmed me.

Had it been I was able to realize it earlier, I don't think it would have been as bad as it was because, I would have allowed what was said in the past, to remain in being past.

You see! One of the greatest flaws we have is allowing our past experiences to be a part of our present experiences; it isn't meant to be so.

The lions in us are still seeking the opportunity to make what was hidden to be known among nations. People have been wallowing in ignorance, which comes as a result of low self-esteem.

The lion must be reactivated .You shouldn't continue to over look what you carry.Take full responsibility, and decide to stand out .

Never allow people kill the lion in you, it is yours and it would remain with you.Your success is near but it depends on your approach.

Take for instance if someone to become great in life, he or she will do everything possible to be at the top.

Hardwork is there, determination, readiness and focus.All these virtues if properly utilized, could awaken the lion in you.
