The person affected by this monstrous practice rarely discloses such actions, the fear of reprisals is usually greater than the desire to free himself from the different faces of this terror.
TYPES OF BULLYING
VERBAL: the most common and “innocent” type, it starts with derogatory nicknames that are treated as a joke, over time it ends up evolving into more serious insults, which can even lead to death threats, something that builds up step by step and ends up escaping people’s attention. In some parts of the world, derogatory nicknames have become a form of greeting, something that should never have happened.
PHYSICAL: I believe this is the worst form of bullying that can exist, your body suffers from such actions, you are left with marks engraved on your skin from an evil that affects you for no reason. Whether through physical aggression or sexual abuse, this form of bullying destroys people’s psychology, the human being loses part of their essence and the change in their actions cries out for help wherever they go. It is necessary to have a surgical eye on the part of family and friends to help a person who goes through such a situation.
VIRTUAL: Technological advances have also negatively affected the lives of some people in this area of history. Social media maximizes negative actions carried out by people's evil, whether through slander, defamation, discrimination or even humiliation produced by memes or videos with artificial intelligence. It is a real evil that hides behind a computer screen.
THE HARM CAUSED BY BULLYING
People who are affected by such situations usually develop some type of trauma. Time is their greatest ally and enemy. When someone reports bullying practices quickly and the problem is solved, the individual is able to recover their self-esteem and return to their normal activities. People who go through continuous trauma for a long period of time are the ones who suffer the most. They lose faith in humanity, avoid the unknown, and tend to live in a bubble that they consider a safe environment. In these specific cases, psychological support and help from family and friends are necessary. “Normal” life loses its shine, something that will be conquered again with a lot of effort and dedication from those who are by their side.

O bullying é uma forma de agressão intencional que ocorre repetidamente. As pessoas que se envolvem nessa prática geralmente escolhem um indivíduo visivelmente desprotegido, seja emocional ou fisicamente, essa pessoa passa a ser assediada com frequência. Tais ações desestabilizam e desmotivam a vítima, causando danos psicológicos e materiais, e em casos mais extremos, levando as vítimas ao suicídio.
Em alguns casos, o agressor acredita que suas ações são uma brincadeira inocente, lhe falta empatia, o sofrimento alheio de alguma forma eleva sua autoestima, menosprezar os outros acaba se tornando um hábito, como se esse mal preenchesse algum vazio presente em sua mente ou alma. A pessoa acometida por essa prática monstruosa raramente revela tais ações, o medo de represálias costuma ser maior que o desejo de se livrar das diferentes faces desse terror.
TIPOS DE BULLYING
VERBAL: o tipo mais comum e “inocente”, começa com apelidos depreciativos que são tratados como brincadeira, com o tempo acaba evoluindo para insultos mais sérios, podendo levar até mesmo a ameaças de morte, algo que vai se acumulando aos poucos e acaba escapando da atenção das pessoas. Em algumas partes do mundo, apelidos depreciativos viraram uma forma de saudação, algo que nunca deveria ter acontecido.
FÍSICO: Acredito que essa seja a pior forma de bullying que pode existir, seu corpo sofre com tais ações, você fica com marcas gravadas na pele de um mal que te afeta sem motivo. Seja por agressão física ou abuso sexual, essa forma de bullying destrói o psicológico das pessoas, o ser humano perde parte de sua essência e a mudança em suas ações clama por socorro por onde passa. É preciso ter um olhar cirúrgico por parte da família e amigos para ajudar uma pessoa que passa por uma situação dessas.
VIRTUAL: Os avanços tecnológicos também afetaram negativamente a vida de algumas pessoas nessa área da história. As mídias sociais maximizam ações negativas realizadas pela maldade das pessoas, seja por meio de calúnias, difamações, discriminações ou até mesmo humilhações produzidas por memes ou vídeos com inteligência artificial. É uma maldade real que se esconde atrás de uma tela de computador.
OS DANOS CAUSADOS PELO BULLYING
Pessoas que são afetadas por tais situações geralmente desenvolvem algum tipo de trauma. O tempo é seu maior aliado e inimigo. Quando alguém denuncia práticas de bullying rapidamente e o problema é resolvido, o indivíduo consegue recuperar sua autoestima e retornar às suas atividades normais. Pessoas que passam por traumas contínuos por um longo período de tempo são as que mais sofrem. Elas perdem a fé na humanidade, evitam o desconhecido e tendem a viver em uma bolha que consideram um ambiente seguro. Nesses casos específicos, é necessário apoio psicológico e ajuda de familiares e amigos. A vida “normal” perde o brilho, algo que será conquistado novamente com muito esforço e dedicação de quem está ao seu lado.
