My friend, you are part of a select group of humanity. Not everyone can adapt to changes so quickly without losing their essence.

I liked the new system and I will continue to support the project. After analyzing it calmly, I see that there are many situations that contribute to being a “Member of the Day”. I may be overusing words, but here are some suggestions:

1 - Why don't you define specific themes for each day of the week? Like, 3 fixed themes per day. You don't have to change them every week. It's easier to select, it reduces your workload. it's too random to have so many themes every day.

2 - Define 3 specific tags to compete for “Members of the Day”, like #cryptocompany, #ccd and #membersofthecompany. These tags will help to spread the word about the community. The more people use them, the more people will appear who are interested in the cryptocompany.

3 - Will it follow the same voting pattern from 100% to 80% or will it be based on the number of posts that meet the community standard?

I could mention one or two more situations, but I don't want to go too far... Congratulations on your excellent work.
