Hello beer lovers! After a long time without trying DEVASSA beer, I'm back to tasting its pure malt version. Some friends mentioned that the flavor has improved! At first glance, I don't see any changes in the design; however, they are praising the slogan "tropical beer" and mentioning that its production is made with 100% natural malts.
The slogan was created thinking about the Brazilian reality, a tropical country with a climate that contributes to the appreciation of a good beer. This variety of beer is produced by the Heineken Brazil group; you can already imagine the difference due to the power of the brand. One thing is certain: it's a light-tasting, refreshing, and easy-to-drink beer. Anyone with any kind of resistance to bitterness can drink it without worry.
According to my personal analysis, it's a beer with excellent value for money; its market value is well below other varieties I usually drink. Upon tasting it, I experienced various sensations depending on its temperature: when I tasted it straight from the refrigerator, that is, very cold, I didn't perceive much flavor; I imagined it to be very cold water with a slight beer taste. When its temperature changed and it became simply cold, I could appreciate its full flavor; in fact, it was delicious, I even forgot how hot it was at the time.
The visual appearance is similar to light beers, between yellow and golden. It produces little foam, medium to small bubbles that take a long time to disappear, a remarkable persistence. If I'm not mistaken, the bubbles in the past disappeared quickly. There have been subtle changes that have made a big difference.
Its aroma is reminiscent of caramel and toasted bread, something like that. I barely felt the presence of hops and there is no evident bitterness; a refreshing beer, perfect for excessively hot environments, living up to the slogan "tropical beer". One detail I forgot to mention, its alcohol content is 4.7%.
I believe I criticized this variety of beer in the past, but today I see it with new perspectives. For those who have tried the older varieties and didn't like them, I recommend tasting the current varieties; the small changes have made a big difference in the tasting experience.

Olá, amantes de cerveja! Depois de muito tempo sem experimentar a cerveja DEVASSA, estou de volta para provar sua versão 100% malte. Alguns amigos comentaram que o sabor melhorou! À primeira vista, não notei nenhuma mudança no design; no entanto, eles elogiaram o slogan "cerveja tropical" e mencionaram que sua produção é feita com maltes 100% naturais.
O slogan foi criado pensando na realidade brasileira, um país tropical com um clima que contribui para a apreciação de uma boa cerveja. Essa variedade de cerveja é produzida pelo grupo Heineken Brasil; você já pode imaginar a diferença devido à força da marca. Uma coisa é certa: é uma cerveja leve, refrescante e fácil de beber. Qualquer pessoa com alguma resistência ao amargor pode bebê-la sem preocupação.
Segundo minha análise pessoal, é uma cerveja com excelente custo-benefício; seu preço de mercado é bem inferior ao de outras variedades que costumo beber. Ao prová-la, experimentei diversas sensações dependendo da temperatura: quando a provei gelada, ou seja, muito fria, não percebi muito sabor; imaginei que fosse água bem gelada com um leve gosto de cerveja. Quando a temperatura mudou e ela ficou simplesmente fria, pude apreciar todo o seu sabor; aliás, estava deliciosa, cheguei a esquecer o quão quente estava naquele momento.
A aparência é semelhante à de cervejas leves, entre o amarelo e o dourado. Produz pouca espuma, bolhas médias a pequenas que demoram a desaparecer, uma persistência notável. Se não me engano, as bolhas sumiam rapidamente no passado. Houve mudanças sutis que fizeram uma grande diferença.
Seu aroma lembra caramelo e pão torrado, algo assim. Quase não senti a presença do lúpulo e não há amargor evidente; uma cerveja refrescante, perfeita para ambientes excessivamente quentes, fazendo jus ao slogan "cerveja tropical". Um detalhe que esqueci de mencionar: seu teor alcoólico é de 4,7%.
Acho que critiquei essa variedade de cerveja no passado, mas hoje a vejo com uma nova perspectiva. Para quem experimentou as variedades antigas e não gostou, recomendo provar as atuais; as pequenas mudanças fizeram uma grande diferença na experiência de degustação.
