KISS BLOG IDEAS: WEEK #171 | A life at ease with the basics
Greetings, friends of THE MINIMALIST.
Considering option 3, I could say that I live in an immediate environment—my house, which is an apartment—with very basic, elemental conditions; without ostentation or superfluous tastes. This has been the case for many years. Not for purely economic reasons, but out of personal conviction.
This is how I have felt physically, emotionally, and spiritually until now. I haven't needed gadgets or objects that fill my life with superficialities. I only have the bare necessities, typical of modern urban life.

Accompanied by a few houseplants, open to the view of the interior space through a large window that connects me daily with the sun, the sky, the people passing by, the moon, and the stars, I feel at ease.

My library, which gives me access to books that awaken and nourish my intellectual attitude; my CDs, which I turn to to listen to the music of my personal taste—classical, jazz, ethnic—make up the fundamental part of my life.
I share those few things with my female partner, with whom I have a free, casual relationship, as we are not married.

And so my days and nights pass, in calm and agreement.
