Hoy es el Día Mundial de la Fotografía, y no quise dejar que pasara inadvertido. Otras veces le he dedicado algún cariño (ver 1 y 2).
Today is World Photography Day, and I didn't want to let it go unnoticed. I have shown my affection for it on other occasions (see 1 and 2).
Contemplador o voyeur,
por su mirada el mundo entra
y se encuadra en la memoria
en la imaginación
para ser nuevamente
cada vez que retornamos
a ella a su caducidad o su presencia
Allí está siempre acompañante
nunca muerta
testimonio que no podemos traicionar
Contemplator or voyeur,
through their gaze the world enters
and is framed in memory
in the imagination
to be again every time we return
to it to its caducity or its presence
It is always there, a companion
never dead
a testimony that we cannot betray
