My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2024

Se nos hizo un poco tarde ya que el pana estaba ocupado, fuimos al club italo al rededor de las 7pm, pero llegamos y habia un evento y las barras estaban ocupadas ya que el evento era al frente, esto nos desanimo ya que teniamos ganas de entrenar, él me dijo que tenia que ir a concordia a buscar algo asi que le dije para acompañarlo y asi hacia un poco de ruta con la bici, lo acompañe hasta concordia y mi hermana me llamo para ver si la podia llevar a hacer algo con una de sus amigas, asi que fui para acompañarla y seguir con la ruta, estuve al rededor de 1 hora y media dando vueltas en mi bici, llegué a mi casa y como no habia podido entrenar decidí entrenar empuje en mi casa asi fuera tarde para tener la disciplina de entrenar diariamente, luego de entrenar fui a buscar a mi hermana, a pesar de no haber cumplido con el plan que tenia, fue un buen día.

We were a little late because the pana was busy, we went to the club italo around 7pm, but we arrived and there was an event and the bars were busy because the event was in front, this discouraged us because we wanted to train, he told me he had to go to Concordia to get something so I told him to accompany him and so to do a little route with the bike, I accompanied him to Concordia and my sister called me to see if I could take her to do something with one of her friends, So I went to accompany her and continue with the route, I was about 1 hour and a half riding around on my bike, I arrived home and as I had not been able to train I decided to train push at home even if it was late to have the discipline to train daily, after training I went to look for my sister, despite not having fulfilled the plan I had, it was a good day.
