There's been many newbie programs over the years and many of them didn't really cut. I saw this initiative from gadrian's post as well. Hopefully this one will make some good impact.

In my opinion, this initiative will have a good impact because in addition to supporting new users, it will also help them follow the right path through the program criteria that are very focused on the stake, an element that new users often do not understand how important it is ;)
