Naturally, we understand what success or greatness means, but in this verse we see something that breaks with everything we know: the Son of God has all power in his hands. He didn't come to occupy the throne or demand the center of a reign. He came to give "HIS LIFE."
In short, what Jesus is saying here is: do you want to be truly great? There's no need to ask for privilege; roll up your sleeves and begin to serve. This is a sign of leadership that starts from the bottom up, where the strongest is the one who serves, who gives himself where there is authority that is not imposed, authority that is earned through service.
Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.

Naturalmente entendemos que es lo que significa el éxito o la grandeza, pero en este versículo vemos algo que rompe con todo lo que sea conocemos: el hijo de Dios tiene todo el poder en sus manos no vino a ocupar el trono o exigió el centro de un reinado, Vino a dar "SU VIDA".
En pocas palabras lo que está diciendo aquí Jesús es: ¿quieres ser realmente grande? No es necesario pedir privilegio, arremángate las manos y comenzar a servir, esto es muestra de un liderazgo que inicia desde abajo donde el más fuerte es aquel que sirve, que se entrega donde hay autoridad que no es impuesta, autoridad que se gana a través del servicio.
Como el Hijo del Hombre no vino para ser servido, sino para servir, y para dar su vida en rescate por muchos.
