No, its "sili ice cream" or in english " chili ice cream". Its taste is extra spicy just like you are literally eating chilli but it have a sweet taste at the tip
o.oi cant even see the spicyness though. interesting . how do they make it spicy
They make it with chilli, they put chilli on it, as you can see on the photo their is a topping of chilli the colore red and greens
