Thrilling Windy Drive on New Zealand's SH1 | Scenic Views & Epic Adventure

For most part of last week, I was off the hook to drive, so I didn't travel to Picton with my vehicle because it had a crack on the windscreen that required the windscreen to be replaced.

So I shared a vehicle with my colleague and what I like about that is I didn't drive, the other thing I hate about it is I was needing some tools and miscellaneous stuff on site so generally it never favors me leaving my vehicle behind but what favored me was being in the passenger seat taking photos and videos 📹 😊

The drive between getting out of Kaikoura and towards Cheviot is absolutely thrilling. I don't enjoy it if I am the one driving, especially when towing a trailer, but this time, I enjoyed the windy drive as I got the opportunity to record videos and take photos.

Judging by the photos I have shared, you can tell I was just having fun while my colleague had to focus on the road.

I love NZ for its beauty, but the windy roads are a challenge that sometimes makes me feel like I am spinning because the moment you're out of a curve, you drive straight into the next curve. The curves come very fast, and you've got to handle them quickly and cautiously.
