How is Beth doing?
That's a beautiful walk in nature with that village on the rock is interesting.
Your camping gears are serving you well 👌

She has her moments and the engine light still comes on but… it goes off again too. No idea why. We checked her further at a garage. They reset the codes. But 2 days ago the warning light came on again.
Maybe just some bad wiring? Once moved I will check cables etc. now… will be fine she drives really good for a van out of 2012.
It was a lovely walk, hope to share more again. Just don’t find the energy right now.
They sure serve us well. We are all ready for our next adventure in the tent 🏕️ next to Beth driving a little over 3000km again next month.
Have a good day Joe

Good that she drives fine except for the warning light which you can see to at a later stage.
Take it easy, there's always time when you feel better again to share more of walk photos with us.
Another exciting adventure looms, stay warm 😊 and travel safe.
Good evening Jackie
Thanks. The motor is really strong as she survived with very little oil the first time we drove up. Any other motor would have ceased.
Now we know she needs only half a liter oil per 1000km after the seals were replaced. Not 3 liter per 500km haha
Will do Joe. I take my time. I only pack or wrap 3 boxes/items a day. We are half way with the last things. Exactly 3 weeks to go when we start driving.
It is, even though with the current challenges… I am so looking forward to this trip. It's the adventurer in me I think.
Thanks!
Good evening.
Hahaha, an adventurer will always be an adventurer, I would be looking forward to it too.
Good thing you are getting to know Beth more and its capability.
Yep, that is one thing that will never change. 😋
Yes, it’s like a classic car with an own manual. And I know classic cars as had 4 of them. Driving more and more one learns what she is capable of and what she doesn’t like. Tuesday was our shopping day, driving 1 hour there and 1 hour back.
Hubby couldn’t get her started.
Let me tell you first. We had 2 weeks torrential rain and very very cold. Beth is used to Mediterranean climates, where we bought her.
So… I took over from hubby as I feel and hear what the motor does due to my experience.
So trying and trying for a while. Luckily the battery never gave up. It sounded she didn't get enough fuel. I got her motor to start. White smoke came out of the exhaust. Meaning she got to wet and was damp. After about 10 minutes she finally started to sound normal again and I drove to the shop. Once she was warm and all dried out from the rain under the motor hood. She purred like a kitten again. Haha
We are parking her now the other way around to see if the cold doesn’t effect her as much. She had not driven for a week. So we will do so now every other day, even if it will be around the area.
Things you learn right…
