I lived in Auckland for nine years but travelled extensively all around the North and South Islands.
Wow sounds interesting, I am based in Christchurch, it's my 14th month in NZ, I also travel a lot but only in the South Island region for now.
Auckland is the only place I have been to in the North Island, maybe the job might require me to work in the North Island in the future but I prefer South Island though.
