Cool art at MMI Airport, Lagos
This would have made for a nice street art but it is an indoor art I found at Muritala Mohammed International airport.
Sounds crazy to physically go to the airport to confirm I don't need a transit visa for a stopover at Doha after I have checked online.
But I am making sure not to have issues with my flight a second time.
So I found this art at the airport, it is something that I have found in Nigeria that immediately put my camera 📷 work, other than that nothing have interested me in a country I found to be very dirty.
Just can't wait to get the hell out...
We owe it to ourselves to make Hive great

Yes, better I went to the airport to confirm it.
Nothing except my family is making my days in Nigeria worthwhile, at present no electricity. I have to manage using my phone not to run out of battery.

Oh yes you guys are moving into winter now
I will have to get warm clothes as soon as I arrive in NZ, Christchurch is cold even in Spring with temperatures around 13 degrees.

Yep… although we won’t see snow here, just rain and grey misty weather.
I think NZ goes into spring and January is summer. So you have some time to get settled before winter.
But I know 13 degrees is already cold.
Here in the night it dropped to 2 degrees and now it is 9 during the day. So layers work well. Luckily we have heating 😁 that’s good for a change hahaha 🤣
Try to get layers so you can modify your clothes when needed during the day.

Yes, I will get layers too, it's a shame I got rid of such clothing when departing from SA.
Am glad that am going now though, it gives me time to gradually get warm clothes for winter.
Dropping as low as 2 deg is very cold, that's freezing! I should be getting that in NZ around June-July.

We booked our next trip yesterday, we are going to proper snow ❄️ in 2 weeks exactly hahaha 🤣
Staying almost 4 weeks there. We have to take lots of layers as it could go to -15 during the day 🤓
Yeah… 🤩 now I have to plan a route to discover that country (roadtrip) and book accommodation along the way.
Now hubby is still home, we make the most out of it. As he normally doesn’t get much free time when he works. He did hear this morning one of the jobs he got 2 interview for… he didn’t get it 😔 the other one isn’t responding since 3 weeks 😳

Lol yes, I chose South Island for its beauty and slightly cheaper cost of accommodation, unfortunately it is the colder region of the country, I can't have it all 😊

We love exploring and traveling.
Much better than sitting at home and just waiting. Hubby can search for jobs anywhere and apply. We take the iPad with us. We just need some internet. While in the USA last month he had 3 interview on-line there.
So we thought… let’s travel a bit now we can. Winter is very slow anyway jobwise… but we notice it is very slow this entire year. 300 - 400 applications for one job. It’s tough.
