Another mural on MacKay Street, Greymouth | CCC'S Street Art Contest #207

I spotted two murals on MacKay Street on the 3rd of July, the first one which I shared last week, and this one is just about 100m apart and on the adjacent side to each other.

Perhaps the mural is done by the same artist(s) as there seem to be similarities in painting.

This one gives us a history about Greymouth in the mural, I could have done better with these shots, but it is one of those shots that I felt I was happy with and the parked cars didn't make it easier...

Very great painting by the artist, love every piece of it.

With this, I am entering for this week's CCC'S Street Art Contest #207.

The other photos are photos of MacKay Street, I thought I'd share along with the murals.

I finally arrived back home… 2 full days of traveling on train 🚂 , airplane ✈️ and train 🚂 again, with picking up a rental car 🚗 to drive home. It was exhausting… everything was delayed, each off them luckily we had enough time in between to catch the next stage. The last train journey should have been 10 hours but became 14 hours as the train had to divert to a different route due to signal failures on half of the route…
Now time to rest and catch up on all at home and here.

Yes the mural has a classic look to it.

Sounds like a very exhausting one. Delays can make travel tiring especially when you have to catch another transport that has been pre booked, thankfully you still caught the next transport.

Caught up on sleep a bit now. It was truly exhausting this trip. As we only went from A to B. No fun things… just there and back. The car is gone now… now we have a rental car for a while until we know what we are doing… (in many ways hahaha) I so need a holiday. But it looks like it won’t be soon.

Yes, the rental car is expensive. Especially now it is summer holidays. We just need some time to find a run around car to buy. We couldn’t import our car as the steering wheel is on the wrong side. I rather have it right 😉
