Love the walks in nature, ones legs feel it afterwards but during the hike taking in everything around keeps us entertained in body and soul.
Definitely a place to return, read up and learn foraging in the region would be so rewarding, unless you already know your fungi!

Yes, the legs will know it especially when going up and down over rocks. Haha So worth it though.
I love nature walks and haven’t been able to go on them since November as the snow is too deep.
Will have to wait for spring. To recharge my body and soul… 😊
Oh I know… I shared a day foraging in our own forest last Friday. You might have missed it.
There is soooo much edible mushrooms and berries here. In autumn we were eating them every other day I think haha 😋
Still eating blueberries from the freezer now. I don’t like mushrooms out of the freezer. I might experiment with other preservation methods.
