To me, success isn't something huge because that is an entitled accomplishment.
Success can be the little things that people don't really take note of.
Something they overlook, something they see as common is success to me.

Believe me or not when one views success to be something the society sees as remarkable.
It makes it harder for the person to achieve it.
Success is in stages and grade too, starting from little is really required.
And it starts with picking up the little things around us.

A little child is successful in her ways when she obeys her parents and makes them happy.
A grown up is successful when he or she is valuable to himself and the society.

Being valuable to yourself means to be able to Carter for ones needs.
Then to the society, is creating an amazing footprints for people to see.

Let me elaborate on my understanding on this.
You leave in a community where you can possibly render help to people but fail to do so because of selfish reasons.
That's not a lead to success.
You are only successful when you are able to solve problems and make positive impacts to people.

I had a friend who got a contract to build in a community.
During the period he did the construction in the community, he was able to make positive impacts to people in the community.
The company wanted to assign their people to follow him to the community but for a very limited time because they had other constructions to do as well.

He declined the offer and told them he would use the people in the community.

He took it upon himself to hire and train those people, and engaged them in the work.
They got trained for free and paid for their work during the construction as well.

When he came back, he was so pleased with himself because he left the community in a changed way.
Because most of them are now knowledgeable in construction works and can help themselves with what he taught them.

That's my definition of success.
