Being inspired,I would be writing on what I think and aligning what I experienced of recent about qualities of a business person.

Mind you, I would have easily browsed this and compare what is already written to adjust to my write up.
But, no.
I want something original...... something fresh..... like a learner narrating what he/she learnt newly.

So, please understand and accept my ignorance 😅

Okay, back to my write up.

I think to be a good salesman you would have to remove your tender sympathetic heart or self.

You have to stick to what will bring you profit, though not robbing anyone or applying sympathy when doing business.

Because if you can't deal with erasing empathy when doing business, your losses will continue to multiply daily.

The Eastern people in my country are known to be successful business persons and one thing they deeply apply is "there is no friendship in business".
They are known for this terms.



I recently sold my old phone online.
When I published the advert for the product I want to sell.
I used a significant amount as the price tag, and people started communicating with me, indicating interest to buy the phone.

I was persistent as first with my initial price, until when I saw the range most of them priced it.

I had to bring down my price so I could sell it.
Then, I started accepting that price but the problem is I was initially disappointed by the first buyer who said he needed the phone carton which I wasn't with but have already asked someone who was where the phone pack is to snap and send it to me.

I showed him the pictures and receipt, he left without buying it.

Initially I wasn't accepting two or more offers at a time but after that encounter.
I started accepting lots of them, just telling them my location and the phone condition to avoid stories again.

But this wasn't cool for me because I almost clashed with meeting two people at a time.
I became so sympathetic towards them.
One said he needed the phone because he lost the one he was using.
The other said he needed it because the one he is using is giving him issues and he needed it to do some paperwork.
The other was already set to send a rider to my preferred address to get the phone.

I was stuck in-between three desperate buyers that I gave hope.
I didn't even know how to face them.

One eventually won the race while I calmly apologized to the other two, then I listed the product as sold in the online marketplace.

It was my first time though, selling something like this online.
And I have surely learnt my lessons and will definitely improve next time.

Bueno, volviendo a mi escrito.

Creo que para ser un buen vendedor tendrías que eliminar tu corazón tierno y comprensivo.

Tienes que ceñirte a lo que te reporte beneficios, aunque sin robar a nadie ni aplicar la simpatía a la hora de hacer negocios.

Porque si no puedes lidiar con borrar la empatía al hacer negocios, tus pérdidas seguirán multiplicándose cada día.

Los orientales de mi país son conocidos por ser personas de negocios de éxito y una cosa que aplican profundamente es "no hay amistad en los negocios".
Son conocidos por estos términos.



Hace poco vendí mi antiguo teléfono por Internet.
Cuando publiqué el anuncio para el producto que quiero vender.
