Finding Me : A Movie With Lessons
Hello Everyone
Welcome to my blog.
I recently watched this Nigerian movie titled "Finding me," and I thought to share it, maybe you give it a try and watch it as well.
The movie is a 2025 movie that is all about family, business, trust, and deception.
I enjoyed this movie even as it taught me a lot, I still believe that one is prone to evil in any way.
But, sometimes, we have to trust our suspicions.
The movie is about a smart business lady who is from a wealthy family.
She is educated and the CEO of her father's company even though she is the second child and being a girl child.
But the father chose her over the elder brother because of how smart and intelligent she is.
She also invests in lucrative businesses that bring money.
The only big fault in her life is the man she gave herself to by getting married to him.
A narcissist who came into her life to destroy and cause her pain.
His main motive for marrying her was because of her wealth. He never loved or cared for her in any way.
He never even pitied her in any way.
The truth is, at first, he covered all his patience very well and made her trust him so much.
But later, she shows his true self in every way, but she never believed in any of the signs and faults.
She pinned herself to making the marriage work overlooking the fact that this man is abusing her emotionally and mentally.
He doesn't even have an atom of respect for her.
Love found her, and she met a vibrant young man, who was once duped by a lady he loved too (his ex-girlfriend).
Through her new relationship, she gained freedom and all the husband evil deeds exposed.
Even though the relationship wasn't right in people's ears and sight.
Truth is, the relationship saved her without the relationship, she could have still been in the husband's control (hell) and burned slowly.
What I like about the movie is how she acted loyal and simple.
And also how they showed the other story of the guy she met who was also duped by a lady.
Yes, they didn't paint it to just men evil but both genders.
Individual differences shown.
I also love the fact about how one should enjoy freedom and happiness despite the way it came.
Most times, we shouldn't see happiness in the same direction and pattern.
It happens in several ways when we identify which works for us.
One has to embrace and enjoy it without minding what people will say.
Because when you suffer because of misfortune, nobody will take a share of it.
Instead, they will blame you and move on with their lives.
God won't come down to help you or mouth feed you, He shows you the way.
He leads and directs you, showing you different signs.
It's still your choice to choose and acknowledge.
I hope you enjoy the movie the way I did.
Thank you very much for stopping by my blog 😘 💕

Hmmm, that movie is quite interesting from your review. I dislike when a lady clings to a man who disrespect her or abuses her in any way. Of course no one is perfect but a real man never consciously hurts his lady.
She trusted and blindly loved him.
I was just happy for her because she had money and continued to invest in good businesses.
Despite how the so called husband sucked her dry, she was still able to thrive.
That's the beautiful thing about grace and talents. It can never run dry.
Exactly 💯
I'm yet to watch it but I will after this review
You will enjoy it
I don't think I ever watched a Nigerian Movie.
Nice Review!
Thank you very much dear
