Happy 8th Hive Birthday Wishes To Me (My Regret!)

It was my 8th Hive birthday a few days ago, and I can’t help but reflect on my journey here so far.

I remember when I first heard about Hive. It was through a YouTuber I used to follow, who mentioned Steemit as a blogging platform where you could earn cryptocurrency. He even offered to give anyone an upvote if they emailed him after writing their first article, which I did.

Personally, I don’t think I’ve taken full advantage of this platform as much as I would have liked. I’ve found it difficult to earn rewards and still do, but I know that’s on me. I haven’t been consistent with blogging, but I’m hoping that will change in the coming months and years.

Looking ahead, I feel more motivated to blog on this platform because I believe in the future of the Steemit blockchain. Plus, since becoming a dad last year, I could definitely use some extra "nappy money," lol.
