Si han estado siguiendo mis posts por algún tiempo, recordaran que les mencione que estaba haciendo todo lo posible de hacer mis los ¨exámenes¨¨médicos¨ antes del comienzo de año, porque en estas fechas la atención en los distintos organismos es deficiente porque salen de vacaciones el personal; lo cierto es que me enfoque solo en los ¨exámenes¨ y olvide por completo tratar de acumular los diferentes ¨medicamentos¨ para mis afecciones

El día de ayer me tuve que presentar en una de las ¨farmacias¨ de un nosocomio para retirar los ¨medicamentos¨ para mi ¨diabetes¨ ¿Que creen lo que sucedió? Como todos los años los ¨laboratorios¨ no hacen entregas o están atrasados con el ¨suministro¨¨medico¨, es increíble como me pude olvidar de esta situación, si el año pasado sucedió exactamente lo mismo. Ustedes no se imaginan la rabieta que me agarre con esta situación, y como así no podía regresar a casa aprovechamos para caminar un rato por la costa del rio hasta conseguir ¨equilibrar¨ mis ¨emociones¨

Yesterday I had to go to one of the "pharmacies" of a hospital to pick up the "medications" for my "diabetes." What do you think happened? Like every year the "laboratories" do not make deliveries or are behind with the "medical" supplies, it is incredible how I could forget about this situation, if last year exactly the same thing happened. You can't imagine the tantrum I threw with this situation, and since I couldn't go back home like this, we took the opportunity to walk for a while along the riverbank until I managed to "balance" my "emotions"


Estos preciosos lugares que tiene la costa tiene un efecto tranquilizador en mí, estar frente al imponente paisaje del rio hace que me olvide de todas las cosas que me causan preocupación. Mientras estaba viendo el agua correr vi algunos reflejos, y fue allí que despertó mi interés en hacer algunas tomas preciosas para mis posts

These beautiful places on the coast have a calming effect on me, being in front of the imposing landscape of the river makes me forget about all the things that worry me. While I was watching the water run I saw some reflections, and it was there that it sparked my interest in making some beautiful shots for my posts


En esta época del año hay mucho turismo en la ciudad, y en cualquier hora del día se pueden apreciar a los turistas disfrutando de las diferentes atracciones que tiene la costa. Mientras permanecía sentado en este hermoso lugar puede ver a dos personas navegando con sus embarcaciones, pero por la posición en donde estaba no les pude tomar una fotografía del reflejo de los remadores con nuestra ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨, por suerte al regresar a casa pasamos por un hermoso espacio recreativo donde puede hacer una preciosa toma de reflejos que es una verdadera ¨obra¨ de ¨arte¨

At this time of year there is a lot of tourism in the city, and at any time of the day you can see tourists enjoying the different attractions that the coast has. While I was sitting in this beautiful place I could see two people sailing with their boats, but because of the position where I was I could not take a picture of the reflection of the rowers with our "nikoncoolpixb500". Luckily on the way back home we passed by a beautiful recreational space where you can take a beautiful reflection shot that is a true "work" of "art".

Es realmente frustrante que tengas esta situación con los medicamentos.
Pero hiciste bien en tomarte un momento para despejarte y equilibrar tus emociones, caminar por la costa del río seguramente te ayudo a liberar un poco la tensión.
