This is certainly a photographic post. In fact, I standardized my selection under certain premises, such as: "Horizontal street photography taken on sunny days with elements conducive to working in color." So that's what you'll see here, and I did it during the afternoon, sitting in front of my PC, choosing recent photos from my archives and processing them with a certain degree of composure. I enjoy this, I really do. It's like seeing my town with all the calm possible and the time that still images give you... Here I go, then; these are my photos today for you here at #Hive...

Esta es una publicación ciertamente de carácter fotográfico. De hecho, estandaricé mi selección bajo ciertas premisas como: "Fotografías callejeras horizontales hechas en días soleados y con elementos propicios para trabajar en color". Así que eso es lo que verán aquí y lo hice durante la tarde, sentado en frente de mi PC escogiendo fotos de mis archivos, recientes y procesándolas con cierta parsimonia. Disfruto esto, realmente lo disfruto. Es como ver mi pueblo con toda la calma posible y el tiempo que te dan las imágenes fijas para eso... Aquí voy entonces; estas son mis fotos de hoy para ustedes aquí en #Hive...

This is what Montalbán (Carabobo, Venezuela) looks like under these sunlight conditions: streets with few people, somewhat chaotic colors, shadows, and harsh light everywhere. It's a small town, a bit depressed by the years of economic crisis and the exodus of a good part of its young population. But the people here continue trying to live as well as possible despite the shortages and problems... In the midst of all this, I'm often there, wandering the streets. A sometimes somewhat equanimous witness to everything that is daily life here...

Así es como se ve Montalbán (Carabobo, Venezuela) bajo esas condiciones de luz solar, calles con poca gente, colores un poco caóticos, sombras y luces duras en todas partes. Es un pueblo pequeño, un poco deprimido por los años de crisis económica el éxodo de buena parte de su población joven. Pero la gente aquí sigue intentando estar lo mejor posible a pesar de las carencias y problemas... En medio de todo esto, suelo estar yo, deambulando en lasa calles. Como testigo a veces un poco ecuánime de todo lo que es la vida cotidiana aquí...
