Algunas veces simplemente me alejo del pueblo... Me alejo de sus calles como huyendo, como queriendo zafarme de las voces vacías, como si fuese posible esconderme del ruido de la banalidad rastrera de las esquinas heridas...

La sabana conoce la tristeza del poblado, se le nota a leguas, lo expresa a gritos, lo dibuja en el ocre triste besado por el sol que intenta subyugarle... Anoche hubo quema, lo dice la niebla dejando correr inadvertido el olor a chamusquina...

No estoy solo... Y no me refiero a la vaca vieja de Marcelino que me observa casi compasiva desde detrás del potrero donde vive más libre que yo... No, no estoy solo... Me acompañan los recuerdos, como arpías enormes posadas en mis hombros, prestas a desgarrarme apenas las miro a sus ojos de odio...

Aquí suceden cosas, son como fantasmas magros y penitentes que van susurrando al oído sus desdichas... Hay rincones en donde el viento canta bajito su llanto de lejanía y habla de muertes y finales necesarios...

BLACK & WHITE VERSIONS

-VERSIONES EN BLANCO Y NEGRO-

Ok, after having used the colour versions of these photos to be accompanied by "my semi-poetic text" of today (which is "practically a hymn to deep depression" 😂) I wanted to add the monochromatic versions... Actually these photos were "thought to be edited in colour" as I thought that the environment and the atmosphere where I took them were dramatic enough not to be necessary to change them to black and white. But, after doing a couple of tests with levels and vignette adjustments, I thought that several of them looked good like that... And thank heavens I didn't write any other rambling text attached to them! 😂😂😂...

Ok, después de haber usado las versiones en colores de estas fotos para ser acompañadas por "mi semi-poético texto" de hoy (el cual es "prácticamente un himno a la depresión profunda" 😂) he querido agregar las versiones monocromáticas... En realidad estas fotos fueron "pensadas para editar en color" pues me pareció que ya el entorno y la atmósfera en donde las tomé eran bastante dramáticos como para no ser necesario virarles al blanco y negro. Pero, después de hacer un par de pruebas con ajustes de niveles y viñetas, me pareció que varias de ellas lucían bien así... ¡Y gracias al cielo no les he escrito ningún otro texto delirante anexo! 😂😂😂...
