Today I came to my studio, sat down in front of my PC and started filling in data on a couple of forms corresponding to customer orders for some dairy products which we usually sell. But, I don't understand how I swear, I ended up looking at pictures from my recent files and processing several of them to look at them in black and white 😏... Fortunately I finished filling out the order forms and handed them over to my wife so she could take care of shipping everything while I continued on my PC! 😂... My wife says that one of these days she will “fire me”!!! 😂... Good, So maybe I'll have a lot more time to spend enjoying on #Hive!!! 😂...

Hoy vine a mi estudio, me senté en frente de mi PC y comencé a llenar con datos un par de formas correspondientes a los pedidos de clientes de algunos productos lácteos los cuales solemos vender. Pero, no entiendo de que manera lo juro, terminé mirando fotografías de mis archivos recientes y procesando varias de estas para mirarlas en blanco y negro 😏... ¡Afortunadamente terminé de llenar las formas de pedido y las entregué a mi esposa para que ella se encargase de despachar todo mientras yo continué en mi PC! 😂... ¡Mi esposa dice que un día de estos "me despedirá"!😂... Bien, ¡Así quizás tendré mucho más tiempo para disfrutar en #Hive! 😂...

I confess that these are photographs which I had not planned to process and turn to black and white. This is one of the reasons why I am going through my files more frequently lately, because I have the feeling that I am leaving many interesting photos unworked and therefore they just remain there in my files without me or anyone else seeing them... I imagine that this has to do with the fact that they are photos which are part of a story and already some of what I call “ his sister photos” taken the same day perhaps, have served me for my editing purposes and later creation of articles to share. But, and this post is a clear confirmation of this, these straggler photos are in many cases lovely and should be exposed I think....

Confieso que estas son fotografías las cuales no tenía planeado procesar y virar al blanco y negro. Esta es una delas razones por las cuales últimamente reviso mis archivos frecuentes de manera más frecuente, pues tengo la sensación de que estoy dejando muchas fotos interesantes sin ser trabajadas y por ende solo permanecen allí en mis archivos sin que ni yo ni nadie las vea... Me imagino que esto tiene que ver con el hecho de que son fotos las cuales forman parte de una historia y ya algunas de las que llamo "sus fotos hermanas" tomadas el mismo día quizás, me han servido para mis propósitos de edición y posterior creación de artículos para compartir. Pero, y este post es una clara confirmación de esto, estas fotos rezagadas son en muchos casos encantadoras y deben ser expuestas creo...

As you can see, this is a rather heterogeneous series of photographs... I can go from a farm animal to an old machine or a vehicle of yesteryear, dive into a portrait stolen from my friends or also in spontaneous portraits straight into their eyes without any warning... The countryside and the street merge and confuse in my photographic journey and end up becoming one and the same thing. An inexhaustible source of small stories, some clear and precise, others abstract and diffuse? All this encloses a charm which I value a lot and it is because of that that, from time to time, I dedicate myself to edit photos, to look at photos, to live photos, to find photos and I end up putting aside my supposed obligations to become that kid who loves to be this, or better yet: “That crazy guy with camera in hand” who usually wanders the streets talking to himself, with dogs, cats and other creatures, with other humans or even, with beings from other planes which at this point in my life, I intuit are not imaginary...

Tal como pueden observar, esta es una serie de fotografías bastante heterogénea... Puedo ir de un animal de granja a una vieja máquina o un vehículo antaño, sumergirme en un retrato robado a mis amigos o también en retratos espontáneos directos a sus ojos sin aviso... El campo y la calle funden y confunden en mi recorrido fotográfico y terminan por volverse una sola cosa. Una fuente inagotable de pequeñas historias, algunas claras y precisas, otras abstractas y difusas... Todo esto encierra un encanto el cual valor mucho y es debido a eso que, de vez en cuando, me detengo a editar fotos, a mirar fotos, a vivir fotos, a encontrar fotos y termino por hacer a un lado mis supuestas obligaciones para convertirme en ese niño el cual ama a ser esto, o mejor aún en: "Ese tipo loco con la cámara en la mano" quien suele deambular por las calles conversando consigo mismo, con perros, gatos y otras criaturas, con otros humanos o incluso, con seres de otros planos los cuales a estas alturas de mi vida, intuyo no son imaginarios...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7}
