Every time I sit in front of my PC and open my photo files, it's as if a bunch of RAW files jump on me and attack me mercilessly 😂... And I'm talking about just the last months of April and May!... This, evidently, is good for me. Because, although I always prefer to edit my most recent photos, on days when I can't go out to take pictures, I spend time exploring my archives and there I always have a lot of images to select, look at, edit, process, transform, understand and share with you here... And that's how I built this post today for you guys on #Hive!...

Cada vez que me siento en frete de mi PC y abro mis archivos fotográficos, es como si un montón de archivos RAW saltasen sobre mi y me atacasen de manera inmisericorde 😂... ¡Y estoy hablando apenas de los meses de Abril y Mayo últimos!... Esto, evidentemente, es bueno para mi. Pues, aunque prefiero siempre editar misa fotos más recientes, los días en los que no puedo salir a hacer fotos, me dedico a explorar mis archivos y allí siempre tengo un montón de imágenes para seleccionar, mirar, editar, procesar, transformar, entender y compartir con ustedes aquí... ¡Y es así como construí esta publicación de hoy para ustedes en #Hive!...

Oh my goodness... Every time I go through my archives, I find a bunch of photos that I don't remember taking!... Am I getting old and my memory is failing me?... Well, maybe or maybe not, but the truth is that until recently, as soon as I saw a photo in my archives, I remembered when I had taken it, the moment, the context and even many thoughts I had at the time of taking it... But now I have more and more of those photos which I am now calling “photo gaps” for somehow associating them with these “mental gaps” 😂.... Good grief, the things I can say sometimes!..... Don't mind me too much, I can actually be quite dramatic by nature, so this issue with my memory perhaps isn't so bad after all... 😂

¡Cielos!... ¡Cada vez cuando reviso mis archivos, encuentro un montón de fotos las cuales no recordaba haber hecho!... ¿Acaso me estaré poniendo viejo y mi memoria me falla?... Bien, puede que sí o puede que no, pero lo cierto es que hasta hace poco, apenas veía una foto en mis archivos, recordaba cuando la había hecho, el momento, el contexto e incluso muchos pensamientos tenidos por mi al momento de haberla hecho... Pero ahora cada vez tengo más fotos de esas que ahora estoy llamando "fotos lagunas" por asociarlas, de alguna manera, con estas "lagunas mentales" 😂... ¡Santos cielos, las cosas que puedo decir algunas veces!... No me hagan demasiado caso, en realidad puedo ser bastante dramático por naturaleza, así que este asunto de mi memoria quizás no es tan grave después de todo... 😂

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape v3.7}
