AND TODAY, TREES IN DROUGHT... (PHOTOGRAPHY SERIES)

Year after year, since I started taking photographs as part of my lifestyle, the arrival of the dry season means a wealth of opportunities for me to find enchanting natural abstractions. And the bare branches of trees are one of those things that never ceases to fascinate me. That's how, quite often during these months, I end up pointing my camera at those spaces where I see this...

This time I undertook a rather challenging photography project, as it was an intensely sunny afternoon with complex skies of blues and very white clouds. My intention was to wait until the sun dipped lower on the horizon and take wide-angle photos of the landscape, but the sight of so many trees with bare branches glistening in the intense mid-afternoon sunlight captivated me as always, and I began taking shots like the ones I'm sharing with you today...

Thanks!!
It's amazing how both art and photography depend on the eye of the person who sees it, for a moment I thought you took the photos on a cloudy day, I was fooled by the black and white. But on the other hand I think the trees called me, I always love them especially for their meaning, the life, the family, the roots and in this case that they have no leaves they make a beautiful conjunction with the sky and the environment.
Your photographs are always masterful and as you know the ones I like the most are the ones of cats and nature. Thank you very much for bringing this beautiful composition dedicated to them, the trees. Great work! Hug!🤗

Thank you for this comment, for your support, and for visiting my work! 😀👋... I'm so glad you like these photos of trees. I'm always fascinated by the structures of their bare branches during the dry season. There's something artistic about how they look and how they stand out against the surroundings. Seeing all of this in black and white makes it even more striking. There's still a long way to go in the dry season here (generally until May), and we usually have wildfires in the savanna and hills. I imagine there will be plenty of visual drama there too, so I'm ready to take those photos this year. Sending you my best wishes for a wonderful week, @avdesing friend!...
