Spacious apartment and owning multifunctional use-based items keeps me organized

Recently, my friend told me to get an L-shaped chair in addition to the two chairs in my sitting room. He was concerned about the size of my living room, which is unusually big compared to conventional rooms in Nigeria. Many houses here have all manner of items (both needed and not) and have the belief that a full house with gadgets means you are rich. On the other hand, it's already been two years since I've been living in my new apartment after I relocated, primarily because I wanted to be close to my workplace and also because the one-room apartment I previously occupied had become stuffy due to some items I added.

I love my space. I love being free and not having to hit an object in an attempt to reach for an item. My rooms and kitchen are equally spacious, and rather than fill them with items that would end up being redundant or a burden, I keep them few and simple. Here, I'm less worried about sorting and cleaning, which can be discouraging when the items I own are numerous.

Having simple items in the house leaves me with the task of arranging them into frequently used and less frequently used categories. I have a storage room where gifts and items not used are kept. Putting my items in their right places is my ideal way of getting it right. Being meticulous with my space arrangements makes it easy to keep track of where my items are kept and gives me less burden to search for missing items.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL GAS COOKER + OVEN

Personally, I am not the stuffy type or one to love acquiring everything. Having the essential items and perhaps multifunctional use-based items is a priority to me. I prefer to have items such as the grass cooler and oven that I have. It's a two-in-one, meaning I can use it as an oven when the need arises and also as a gas cooker when I want to. This saves me the burden of having two separate items and the need to get space for them.

Thank you for reading. I would love to have your comments and contributions.
