I saw this shadow quite often. Because this shadow comes from the window of the badminton court. When there is load shedding in the badminton court this shadow can see. Because there is a lamp post outside the court that always provides light, even during load shedding. Because the lamp posts may also run on solar power. That is why I can see this shadow when there is a power outage on the badminton court.
