Hey I'm just happy they are making the postseason back to back. It's been a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time since that has happened. Anything can happen. Teams just have to get in and then take it a game at a time. Cavs, Celtics, Nuggets and OKC look too tough but until they are knocked I'll remain optimistic.
They didn’t win the championship. If this team does win it all at any point the next few seasons then no comparison, but the 90’s team was tougher; then again the game is different. Technicals are called for things that they didn’t call back then. Offensively? This team may be way better.
I'm thrilled for your upcoming pain. Might as well spread it out as long as possible.

How does this team compare with the 1994 team and the 1999 team? Is it on the level of those teams, or will it be a while before that happens?

The current team scores more, 4 sure. That's about the only advantage it has over D 1990s Knicks.
While D current team isn't a team of pushovers, no 1 is afraid 2play these Knicks. That's D next piece of the puzzle: 2make teams fear them.
Definitely, the Knicks must bring in a couple of bruisers and a true center to get them into elite potential status.
