I Eat New York - Part 2

PART TWO
January of this year was a turning point on getting back on track, because I had struggled for two years after seven years of being at my peak by focusing on my health and fitness. Although, I haven't stopped working out for almost ten years straight outside of a couple things that screwed me up in 2021 and 2022, my diet took a bit of a hit.
Anyway, this post is not about that. I just wanted to point out that from January through May I met my challenge that I had put on myself to not only get back on track, but to lose a few extra pounds for this trip to New York City.
I knew without question that I was going to eat without much abandon and I was ok with that, because I was at a good weight to do so. Also, my wife and I continue to workout as the fitness studios we workout at is worldwide and we are premium members.
Keep in mind, that not all the photos from Part 1 and for this post were of my food. It's a mix of all four of our foods. My wife, stepsons and mine. Either way, I'm totally guilty of pigging out lol.
